Tammy has a Marketing degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and a double minor in International Business and Spanish. Tammy has the heart of a teacher and truly enjoys explaining the process to clients and providing insight on best practices in the fast paced real estate market. Tammy and her husband Mike, were born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin. They were high school sweethearts and have three daughters and 2 German Shepherds. Tammy has been providing real estate services to the greater central Wisconsin area for 18 years. Tammy started real estate in 2006 and through years of dedication and hard work, she earned Sales Person of the Year, for multiple years. With the abundance of referrals from satisfied and loyal clients, in 2016, Tammy and Mike brought on additional real estate agents and office administration to establish The Waraksa Group. The Waraksa Group is a top team in Central WI that has helped over 2,000 clients buy, sell, build and lease residential, commercial, land and businesses. The Waraksa Group has received multiple Sales Team of the Year awards over the years and has been voted as a top finalist in the Best of in Marathon County multiple times. Tammy was the recipient of the 2023 Marathon County Best Agent award and continues to strive for excellence with her clients and their needs. In 2024, Tammy and Mike founded Rock Solid Real Estate to provide clients a solid experience from the WaRocksas, top agents and support team members at this Central Wisconsin brokerage. Additionally we offer national support, through our unique connections of agents that can assist our clients as well as their family and friends in other states.
